Drinking good water helps to get blood flow to the body well. So the dead cells in your body will form new cells. Also, watering well helps the brain work better.

Eating oil foods can cause pimples on your face. Therefore, it is best to avoid eating them. but if you are drinking water regularly as I told, it's not bad for you. I mean it won't make pimples.
